I've also included a shortened version of my instruction manual.
This sampler includes four different stitch pattern in four colours. You can, of course, change the colours to suit your taste or to use up threads that you already have in your stash.
The circle cutting through the stitch patterns using alternate colours is one of my signature styles that I use repeatedly in my design work.
Stitching is a lovely way to help you to unwind from your daily stresses and it gives you a creative outlet.
This kind of stitching is said to improve concentration, hand-eye coordination, cognitive development and problem solving. It also gives you a sense of accomplishment and pride.
It certainly does all those things for me.
